 Arriving Late

Parent must walk student in to the attendance office. No curbside drop-offs.

Checking Out Early

Provide an environment that allows for positive communication between the teachers, parents and students.

Ensure teacher’s homework assignments that will reinforce classroom instruction regularly

Ensure high-quality curriculum and instruction that meets the state’s student academic achievement standards

Encourage teachers to regularly provide homework assignments that will reinforce classroom instruction.

Provide parents opportunities to volunteer and observe classroom activities

Ensure that parents receive frequent reports on their child’s progress

See that my child is punctual and attends school regularly.

Attend at least one (2) parent/teacher conference, if needed, for each of my children.

Support the school discipline policy;

Establish homework focus time and review homework periodically

Encourage my child’s efforts and be available as a resource

Establish a two-way communication system with teachers

Learn my child’s teachers’ instructional practice

Encourage my child to have a love for reading and learning

Attend school regularly

Bring classes required materials and other necessary tools for learning

Attend LRCH Teacher Academic Support Center (TASC) Program if I need academic support or complete a class project.

Provide necessary assistance to parents so that they can help with their child’s assignments.

Encourage students and parents by weekly posting two or more grades on Schoology system about student’s progress

Provide an outline of the course syllabus of teaching and instructional practice

Engage students in meaningful activities in the classroom to enhance lifelong learning.
