Health and P.E.
The physical education curriculum offers a variety of activities- individual, team and lifetime sports. Students begin each class with stretches and calisthenics. Examples of units taught are: flag football, volleyball, soccer, whiffleball, badminton, ping pong, and shuffleboard.

The Health curriculum strives to provide health information in such a way to influence positive action and to encourage personal responsibility for one's health. Units taught in this course are: nutrition and physical fitness, human sexuality, substance abuse and mental health.
